In the midst of the pandemic, our tiny in-house team was challenged to relaunch Guaranteed Rate based upon the CEO’s personal ethos that belief makes dreams a reality. The relaunch included all consumer touch points (including the Super Bowl), could only utilize found footage and in-house production, and had to be completed within three months.
In spite of multiple hurdles and a minuscule budget, the campaign - unprecedented within the mortgage category - fueled a 149% rise in brand equity (according to Harris Poll data) within six months and drove Guaranteed Rate to become the third highest retail mortgage lender in the country in terms of overall volume ($58+ billion) within a year.
